Shoe of the week

I decided that every week, I will pick out a shoe that in the past seven days impressed me the most. The qualifying shoe should, of course, be unique, beautiful and since I'm not actually buiyng it (although in some cases I might) it is one of those rare cases when price is really not a problem.
